Cayman Conch Quest is a quiet and comfortable oceanfront condo located in the relaxed district of Rum Point/Cayman Kai. It is one of ten privately owned units in the North Pointe Complex and is beautifully and tastefully decorated in a tropical motif. Our first floor location has great unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea and direct access to the beach and pool, both only steps from the private lounging deck. Its a great place to go snorkeling or just walk on the beach to start your tropic vacation. Enjoy your meals in the screened lanai where the sights and sounds of the ocean will make you want to extend the vacation.

The back door opens off of the screened-in lanai onto a private deck with lounging chairs for sunning or reading a book, by your favorite author, from the extensive paperback library. Here, you can enjoy views of the natural white, sandy semi private beach and ocean breezes. This two-bedroom/two-bath condo offers 1,250 square feet of living space, and has comfortable accommodations for up to six guests. It is a new building, having been completely rebuilt after suffering heavy damage by Hurricane Ivan in 2004. We were able to reopen to our guests in late 2006. This is our second home and we maintain it with the idea that our guests should have every convenience and hope that you will find everything that will make you feel as if this was your home as well. Other features include all-new appliances, including washer and dryer. New bedroom and lanai furniture. Cable TV with premium channels, DVD player and CD Stereo are located in the living room entertainment center. There is also a TV and DVD player in the master bedroom for watching your favorite DVD or TV program in the comfort of your bed. Internet access is included for your convenience. Central air conditioning will keep you comfortable throughout your stay. There are also ceiling fans in each room as well as in the lanai.

There is a new Superior plush West Coast King mattress in the master bedroom, and two new twin mattresses in the guest bedroom. The private en-suite master bathroom has a large tiled tub and shower. The guest bedroom twin mattresses can be converted easily, upon request, into a king-size bed. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, with over-sized walk-in shower, with a second door that also opens up into the living room. Each bathroom has its own supply of linens and a built-in hairdryer as well. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors that open onto the lanai. Additional sleeping accommodations include a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

The lanai is furnished with reclining patio chairs and ottomans for the occasional afternoon nap after a busy day at the beach or pool. Beach/pool towels, sand mats, beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as beach bags and ice chest, are all supplied for your use so that you may enjoy a relaxing afternoon on any of the beaches around the island.
